Project Description

Nauru is a tiny island country in the Pacific Ocean, northeast of Australia, with a population of little over 13,000 and total area of 21 sq. km. In a project funded by ADB, EU and the Australian Government, we supplied Gensets and BOP, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works to the country, the biggest was a 2x2.85 MW diesel oil Genset.

At an average weight of 74 MT per Genset, this was the heaviest equipment ever shipped to Nauru, and was especially challenging due to the absense of a suitable port for disembarking the equipment.
