We are the only data center company from India to deliver projects internationally, particularly in Middle East and Africa.
In October 2024, SWDC was carved out of Sterling and Wilson Private Limited (SWPL), in which the company was housed as a SBU formerly. With our market-leading position in the international data center space and the unprecedented expansion across this industry, SWDC has attracted significant equity investments from several marquee investors. This is expected to further fuel the company's growth globally. Khurshed Daruvala, Chairman of Sterling and Wilson Group continues to hold a 30 percent stake in SWDC, and the balance is held by the new investors.
