The Company is a Class A license agency in Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and a Member of Institute of Fire Engineers (India), with a presence in all major sectors like Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Hotels etc.

It caters to sectors such as Commercial Properties, Hotels, Multiplexes and Shopping Malls, and Hospitals. As of today, Sterling and Wilson has executed more than 45 projects in India.
