This prestigious project is developed by the Shapoorji and Pallonji Company Limited. Located on Sohna Road, Gurgaon, the concept of the developing such building is to give required ambience and amenities for IT projects. The project was undertaken on a design and build basis by Sterling and Wilson team.
- Electrical: The Scope for electrical work comprises of designing and SITC of Two Pole Structure, Metering Panel, 11KV HT Panel board, 4nos. 11/0.433KV, 1250KVA transformers; LT Panels, 4nos. 1500KVA DG Sets, Distribution boards, HT & LT Cabling, Cable Trays, Earthing, Lightning Protection System, Point wiring, Internal & external lighting
- HVAC: This design and build project involves supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 550 TR x 3 nos. Centrifugal chillers and 1*320 TR Screw chillers, air handling units, axial fans pumps, cooling towers, piping, valves, ducting, insulation, air distribution products, electrical panels, cabling and allied works etc.
- LVS: BMS: This design and build project involves the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of DDC Controllers for Controlling & Monitoring of Systems like HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems
- The controlling of HVAC equipments like Chillers, Air Handling Units, Axial Fans, Pumps and Cooling Towers are done through BMS. We incorporated the monitoring of critical Chiller’s data which helps to avoid major breakdowns. The provision of Chilled Water Consumption is incorporated which helps the Building Owner to generate Chilled Water Consumption bills for floor Occupants
- In Electrical System, the controlling of Building Lighting is done, which helps to limit the wastage of Electricity. Also monitoring the HT-LT, DG, UPS System data to avoid critical breakdowns
- Monitoring of CO Level in the Basement will help to control the Exhaust & Ventilation Fans through BMS to avoid any accident due to CO Level Increase
- Monitoring of STP, WTP & Fire Fighting System through BMS will help the maintenance team to monitor various pumps
- Monitoring of Fire Alarm System will help the maintenance team to locate the Fire Location in case of Fire in the Building
- Monitoring of Critical Tank Levels is also incorporated in the BMS System
- CCTV, ACS (Security): This design and build project involves Monitor and control all the entrances of the Building including the perimeter. The perimeter of the building is monitored by PTZ camera and the entrance of the building is controlled with Flap barriers and Boom barriers controlled by access control system
- Fire alarm and public address system (Safety): The Building is equipped with Addressable Fire alarm system for the pin point location of any fire incident. The public address system is designed for the proper evacuation from the building in case of emergency. The fire alarm system is integrated with BMS, AHU, Access control and ventilation system in the building
