PDPL, incorporated in February 2006, is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) promoted by Shree Ram Vessel Scrap Pvt. Ltd. (49.5% share), Green Bird Developers Pvt. Ltd. (49.5% share) and Shree Naman Developers Pvt. Ltd. (1% share) for executing a single commercial real-estate project at a prime location in BKC, Mumbai.
The project is developed on land admeasuring 9000 Sq.mt (square meters), which PDPL acquired from MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority) on an 80 years leasehold basis in July 2006.
The project has a total saleable area of 36,834 Sq.mt and is located at a prime location in BKC behind the Mumbai Cricket Association Ground and other prime properties in the proximity like the proposed Reliance’s Convention Centre, proposed office of the Income Tax Dept., the new American Consulate building and the passport office. The project, which has been designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, consists of corporate office spaces with ground plus 11 floors, two car-parking basements and all modern amenities.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 x 2500 KVA dry type transformer, 1 x 1600 KVA OLTC transformer with SF6 HT breaker, bus duct (IP 55 & IP 68) PCC, MCC, LT control room, comprises of HT/ LT cable laying, control & relay panels, switchgear panels, battery backup and chargers with potential earthing systems, illumination etc.
