Information Technology Park, Bangalore had proposed construction of Multi – Tenanted Building (MTB2) on a plot area of 16270 Sq. m (MTB- 10,200 Sqm and DPP – 6070 Sqm). The total built up area was 50,167 Sq. m. The proposed project included office building with 2 basement, ground floor, 13 upper floors and gas based dedicated power plant of capacity 20 MW in 2 phases (phase I- 12 MW & phase II 8 MW) operating on dual fuel ) 99% natural gas and 1 % diesel). Total parking space of 377 cars was planned.
Sterling and Wilson was engaged to develop an office building to house approximately 5, 40,000 Sq.ft business floor space in processing zone of about 2.5 acres located in the premises of ASCENDAS ITPB SEZ, Bangalore. The new multi-tenanted building was meant for software development and information technology enabled services.
The scope of works included Design Development and Build including testing, commissioning and remedying defects of the proposed development (MTB2) comprising of 5,40,000 Sq.ft of business floor space, facilities and external works. It included supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV – HT Breaker Panel, 3x2500KVA Transformer, LT Panels, HT and LT cables, Internal and External lighting works etc.
