Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd is in the process of expansion and modernization of Chattrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai. This is one of the prestigious airport projects in which Sterling and Wilson was involved. This project was located in existing airport boundary and the new building has been constructed after demolishing the existing international terminal. Sterling and Wilson was awarded work like transformer erection, HT & LT electrical works, public and non-public area lighting including seven FLBs ( V-21 to V-27 ) Phase –IV of building number 6.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HT Panel and 3 numbers of 2.5 MVA dry type transformer feeding from utility building by source-A and source-B which is 1.4 kms from substation. Main LT PCC panel is feeding through 3 numbers 4000 Amps LV bus duct and then further power is distributed closet and level wise. HT panel, main LT PCC panel and 120 KVA UPS is protected from NOVAC flooding system (Trace Tube) technology for fire suppression in case of fire incident.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Lighting Control System: The Philips Dynalite system utilizes a true distributed processing architecture, where a range of devices are interconnected over an RS485 network to form a complete control solution. Command and status information passes to all devices over the network using the event based DyNet protocol. The system is developed primarily for lighting control, but in addition to this it can be used with other control systems like BMS and FAS to provide a comprehensive solution.
